1:20.767 opening up the event with a solid pole Team VBR's Vincent set the pace for the evening... Marty Sponsler showed strong in qualifying round also with a 1:20.964 the only other driver to dip into the :20's.  Vincent ran an outstanding racing event leading every lap from start to finish without a single incident gathering the most possible driver points. Rounding out the podium Marty Sponsler Team P1 and Dean Moll of ToC racing in 3rd.  Great competitive racing was seen throughout the field..  In team competition Dean Moll and Reed Rundell of ToC Racing took 1st place  by 15 points over Teamdraft drivers Les Turner and Jeff Thomas..    Brad Vincent currently leads the overall driver points by 9 over Marty Sponser.. and in Team overall competition Corey Wolf and Troy Harder of THM lead by 14 points over Team ToC Reed Rundell and Dean Moll which is super tight way the team points are setup.. this position could change in a single event.

Vincent came with the intentions of making sure Marty Sponsler didn't get his Turkey tonight 3 in a row.. Brad set pole 1:21.672 which beat the next best position by nearly 3/4 of second.  Sponsler P1 team hauler broke down enroute to the event and only arrived in time to allow him about 1/2 of the normal Q session.  Team VBR's Vincent lead the entire field from the green flag to the checkers ending the event 12.915 seconds ahead of 2nd place Troy Harder of team THM.  Rounding out the podium for the evening was Marty Sponsler in 3rd.  Great racing was seen throughout the field as many positions changed throughout the event as the race unfolded.  The driver championship points did another flip flop as Vincent now leads over Sponsler by 4 points, and for those not paying attention Troy Harder is sneaking in at 3rd a mere 13 points out of 1st place.. Season II is laying out to be a very competitive points championship as the drivers work to better themselves. 
  In the Team competition for the event team THM Corey A Wolf/Troy Harder/ took the win for the event and also maintain their lead in the overall team competition.  Next weeks event will be BuckEye 30 at Mid Ohio Full better have your best race face on for this joint.  This track has a notorious reputation for being a bit loose and will try the skills of our entire field... we predict a different winner at mid ohio.. stay tuned!

Sponsler finds the checkers 1st  "SpeedFest 30" at Mosport, holding off Vincent by -00.107 a very tight fight for the finish. Marty Sponsler of Team P1 is on a roll 2 in a row, leading the current overall driver points. Troy Harder roundeded out the podium and helped take his Team THM to the win in the team competion for the event and also leading in the overall team standing is THM Corey Wolf/Troy Harder.
